SHIPPING

Every Taylored Merch order is made to order. We do not hold stock. When you place an order, your product is printed, packed and shipped by our UK fulfilment partner.

Production: 1–3 business days from order to dispatch.

UK delivery: 2–4 business days from dispatch, standard tracked service.

International delivery: 5–14 business days from dispatch, varies by destination. Tracking provided where the carrier supports it.

Shipping costs: free UK shipping on every order. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed in error, contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@tayloredmerch.co.uk with photos and we will resolve it — replacement, refund or store credit, at your choice.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason, including change of mind — see our Refund Policy for full details. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags where applicable.

Because they are made uniquely for you, personalised items (for example tees printed with a name or number) cannot be returned for change of mind, but you are still fully covered if they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
