SHIPPING

Every Taylored Merch order is made to order. We do not hold stock. When you place an order, your product is printed, packed and shipped by our UK fulfilment partner.

Production: 1–3 business days from order to dispatch.

UK delivery: 2–4 business days from dispatch, standard tracked service.

International delivery: 5–14 business days from dispatch, varies by destination. Tracking provided where the carrier supports it.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed in error, contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@tayloredmerch.co.uk with photos and we will resolve it — replacement, refund or store credit, at your choice.

RETURNS

Because every shirt is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, or design preference. Please use the size guide and read the design listing before ordering.

If you believe your order qualifies for return under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, contact us at hello@tayloredmerch.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Statutory rights are not affected.
